Recent laws prevent companies asking you about a criminal record on the application, but there are thousands of companies who have abandoned this practice before it became law.
To connect you with the job openings, Veteran Recruiting will host online (virtual) job fairs exclusively for veterans that have been caught up in the criminal justice system. When you register for the virtual career fairs, you will create a profile and receive emails leading up to the virtual career fairs dates and times.
While the companies we work with are willing to hire a veteran with a criminal record, you must still demonstrate that you are the best candidate for the position.
Before we submit you for consideration to our partners, you will be required to pass a drug screening and background check.
